How it started...

Medical Sales & Service was initially founded as a service company in 1975. In the years since, we have been carrying out routine preventative maintenance/service and breakdown repairs of medical gas systems and equipment throughout Western Australia.

Our Service Department Today...

Medical Sales & Service has a well trained, experienced team of service technicians who specialise in routine on site preventative maintenance of anaesthetic, medical gas, suction and resuscitation equipment in Hospitals, Medical Centre’s, Day Surgeries, Aged Care Facilities, Emergency Services and Industrial and Mining First Aid facilities. We are currently a preferred service contractor to the Western Australia Health Department as well as a number of Private Hospitals in Perth.

Our company has been a long term supplier of equipment and technical service to the St John Ambulance, FESA and Surf Life Saving, supporting these organisations with annual services of their equipment either on-site or in our workshop. Our service workshop located at our Briggs Street site is set up to cater for customers who need to send their equipment to us for repair, routine service or upgrade. We also have a range of loan equipment for customers who need standby units while their equipment is being serviced.

Theatre Light Service...

As the Western Australian distributor for Berchtold Chromophare, Medical Sales & Service is able to carry out routine service and repairs of all Chromophare surgical and examination lights as required.

Service Standards...

All service work carried out by our service department is done in accordance with manufacturers specifications and any relevant Australian Standards. Only genuine manufacturer’s replacement spare parts are used and all work is guaranteed.
