Allevyn Thin is a sterile wound dressing made of polyurethane matrix and a polyurethane top-film that is highly conformable, semi-permeable and semi-transluscent. These dressings are self-adhesive, flexible and highly conformable. Allevyn Thin maintains a moist wound environment while remaining waterproof, and helps to prevent bacterial contamination. Allevyn Thin is permeable to oxygen and water vapour and does not adhere to the wound. Sticks well to dry, intact skin and features a semi-transparent film.
